Digital Products

All digital products are delivered as instant downloads. Once access has been granted, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a technical issue with your download, reach out and it will be resolved.

One-on-One Sessions

All session bookings are final and non-refundable. Your session represents reserved time that cannot be returned once booked.

If you cannot attend, submit a reschedule request at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed sessions are forfeited.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms and, where applicable, waive your right of withdrawal upon receiving immediate access to digital content.
