Physical Products

All physical products are made to order specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through our Contactpage within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number together with clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size or by mistake.
