1. How do I get my digital product?

After completing your purchase, you will have immediate access to your digital product. A download link will also be sent to your email for your convenience.

2. Where can I learn more about the digital products you offer?             

Detailed descriptions are provided on each product page to guide you. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out before making a purchase.

3. Can I return or get a refund on digital products?

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details thoroughly before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

1. How do I choose the right canvas size for my space?
We recommend measuring your wall before purchasing, as the example images are for inspiration only and may not reflect true scale. Each size option is listed clearly — please select based on your personal space and intention.

2. Can I exchange my canvas if the size doesn’t fit?
All sales are final. As each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size selection. Please measure carefully and feel free to reach out if you need guidance before ordering.

3. How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and product dimensions. You’ll see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.

4. Are the canvas sizes exact?
Due to the production process, slight size variations may occur. Please allow for a tolerance of +/- 1/8" (3.2mm). This is standard for premium print production and does not affect the beauty or quality of your piece.

5. Where do you ship from?
Our artwork is printed and shipped by trusted partners in the U.S., U.K., or EU depending on your location  ensuring fast and efficient delivery.

 

FAQs: Guidance Call

1. How will I join the guidance call?

Once your booking is confirmed, a Zoom meeting link will be generated and sent to you via email. Please check your inbox for the confirmation email, which will include all the details you need to join the call. Ensure you have Zoom installed before the session.

2. Can I reschedule my guidance call?

Yes, you can reschedule your guidance call free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the call is not possible.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your guidance call up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the call are non-refundable.

4. What happens if I don’t show up for my call?
If you don’t show up for your scheduled call, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be provided.

Guidance Call Policy

1. Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your guidance call free of charge, as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled call cannot be accommodated.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the call are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

If you miss your scheduled session the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.

4. Punctuality 

Sessions will start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the following client’s session. Please ensure you’re on time to make the most of your session.

5. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for missed time due to late arrivals. Full payment is required for the scheduled session, regardless of attendance.

All digital products, including the Roots of Harmony Guide and Holotropic Breathwork MP3 sessions, are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use in any form is strictly prohibited.

2. Guidance Calls
Guidance calls are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session.

3. Copyright and Ownership
All content, including text, images, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Goddess Alchemy. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
